InsuranceCons:The agent at the desk told us that the local law required us to take out local full collision insurance, in spite of the fact that I had already purchased such insurance online. She was not willing to let us have the car unless we purchased the insurance. This left us no choice and cost us an extra $250!!! Of course I am going to demand that KAYAK (who, if this requirement is correct, misled us) or Enterprise (who, if this requirement is false, lied to us) reimburse us fully for the $250.Reviewed 2018 Aug 17

Pros:its pretty hard to like anything about a car rental company that doesnt have a car to rent.Cons:They didnt have any cars to rent even though we booked a car beforehand.Reviewed 2017 Aug 28

Poor service, lack of informationCons:Picked up the car on the French side of Geneva Airport had to wait 40 minutes why the staff took a break. When told them that we would be traveling to Annecy in France they told us to travel through Switzerland, we were not told about a 40 Swiss Franc road tax we would need to pay as the rental car did not have the road tax on it. When asked about this when dropping the car off the customer rep just shrugged us off and said its not there problemReviewed 2017 Aug 14
