I made an error and booked my car with Enterprise at a different location. When I arrived at the airport location, they quickly determined why my booking was not showing up, found me a car anyway, and got me on my way. They didn’t make a big deal of my mistake, but instead they helped me out. That is excellent service and I will use them again for sure!Reviewed 2022 Jun 30

Pros:- No-hassle, quick service. Upgraded for free! - No hidden charges or hard sell for insurance and/or extras. -SUV was great. - Reps were very personable and friendly.Cons:- Had to pay for a cab to and from their location at the Sawridge Inn, which doubled my cost. A free or low-cost shuttle service to and from the airport(s) area would be great for business.Reviewed 2016 Apr 22
