We booked a compact car which were told from the website that was available. When we got to the pick up location we were told that the only vehicle they had was a small moving van with a large enterprise logo on either side of the vehicle. Since they had nothing else to offer we didn’t have a choice but take it since we were in a different country without transportation. While I didn’t mind taking the van I wasn’t enthusiastic about paying 250 euros for a moving van when we requested and were told we would get a small compact car.Reviewed 2023 Sep 21

When I drop off at Frankfurt,Idid full fuel and returned. but I was claimed by in-charge lady staff that fuel was half , in addition they rushed to get off from car, I could not check my baggage. I left my cloth in the car.Reviewed 2023 Jul 08

I like the fact that they gave automatic. They charged me numerous times extra to include mileage that was agreed upon to be unlimited. 3 different charges that total close to $2,000 . They sent me receipts in German. I asked for English version and still waiting on it. I have been enterprise customer for over 20 years but may not be after this experience.Reviewed 2022 Aug 21

I didn’t like not getting the car I reserved because it was not at the airport and the agent giving me a bunch of BS. After a 9.5 hour flight I had to settle for an 8 passenger van instead of a 5 passenger Ford S Max. Then was charged a higher rate.Reviewed 2021 Dec 26

It was quick and easy, only thing that wasn’t great was that at first they charged a way higher rental amount to my card (aside from the deposit) then the one I booked it for here on kayak. However they corrected the amount to what was originally booked when they charged it 2 days later. So all good in the end.Reviewed 2021 Sep 24
