Friendly staff. Called us day after rental to ensure there were no issues and even willing to drive us home when we returned the car! Much cheaper to rent from Enterprise in town vs the airport. Would definitely rent a car from Enterprise in Gander, NL again.Reviewed 2022 Sep 17

Has car ready, let you know how you saved money, made you aware that you could leave car airport rather than going down to rental place at airport road to leave it when you were finished with rental Only issue I had couldn’t separate keys so one person had both keys, would be issue if you happen to lose your key. Flexible drop-off at airport was great!Pros:We were very pleased to be able to drop off the car at the airport. Very convenient option making up for the delay on pick up.Cons:We had to wait an hour for the car on arrival because they were changing the winter tires. They gave us a GPS to make up for the wait (only when we asked for it) however a reduced rate would have been more appropriate under the circumstances -- a GPS isn't really necessary in Newfoundland. The insurance rates for two drivers almost doubled the cost of our rental. Be sure to check the hours so you don't get stuck without a car if you arrive after 5pm on a Friday when they close for the weekend.Reviewed 2017 Aug 08

No car available.Pros:The vehicle I did receive was a great vehicle, new and clean.Cons:When I arrived in Gander, Enterprise did not have a vehicle for me so they sent me to Discount. I had to catch a cab there, $12 cab fare. I was an 1.5 hrs before I received a vehicle. It took to long and was inconvenient.Reviewed 2017 Jul 15
