The pick up was excellent, staff reviewed the Rav 4 features. Car that I picked was a basic model, I liked the color. Seat upholstery was a bit stained, rest of car was very clean. Did not find passenger seat comfortable...aggravated sciatica.Reviewed 2021 Oct 18

Impressed.Pros:It was excalty what I requested. No flaws in the transaction it easy excalty the price that was to be expected.Cons:If anything I didn't like that I got charged for 2 days instead of 1... I had the car for and day and a half and got charged two days because I dropped it off in the middle of the day apposed to early am or the night previously.Reviewed 2017 Jun 21
