First step they calling to me for 24 hours before pick-up the car. Voice was nice and friendly. I'm also asking about security deposit, voice in the phone answer me it will be 200$. Next day, when we came to take a car and I showed my internatinal driving license(because I'm newcomer from Ukraine) security deposit rise to 300$, but on my credit card was not enough money for making this payment, and it was problem. We spend time to solve this problem, around 5 minutes to make transactions between accounts and make sure money already on card. After we informed manager about all and we ready to pay. In department was two managers(men and woman). On the beginning working with us men, but for this 5 minute's between transfering money hi just already working with other customers,so we asked woman to help us. But she told waiting for men,because he has all our records. And we waiting 20 minutes more for this men, when he come back,he told us about erasing all our record's and we need start from beginning(((:.It's mean we spending 45 minutes for only pickup this car. This car was dirty,but they have car wash wich belong to this branch of Enterprise. Drop-off was very quickly,It's was not good experience with Enterprise rent car agency.Reviewed 2022 Sep 03

It would have been nice if I was informed that the credit card holder had to be present to pick up the vehicle or, if not, assign me as a secondary driver so I could pick up the vehicle. It caused a lot of unnecessary issues. There is no reason this day and age that forms can't be done online for this sort of situation when the driver is not the credit card holder. However, the manager Nick at the Winnipeg, Canada airport location was absolutely wonderful and if not for him, I might not have got to see my dad after 4 years so we all owe him a huge thank you and appreciation! Thank you so much Nick for getting me to see my dad, you are amazing at what you do😊Reviewed 2022 Aug 20

I was impressed with the Enterprise staff. I was given a choice of vehicles to drive and I did not have to wait long for it to be cleaned. Both Madhu and Inga at the Ellice location were very pleasant to deal with. When I returned the vehicle I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated the fact that I was able to get driven home as I was within the 10 minutes allowed for this service. Everything was fine, except there was some confusing information regarding pick up. I thought I had booked the car for p/u at 1:00, but when I checked it said 5pm. I went online and attempted to book something earlier, but the website automatically switched my p/u time to 5pm no matter what time I entered. Hmmmm. Since we got off our plane at 12:30 I called and asked if I could pick up early. No, they said, not til 5pm. I waited, tried some other websites and got one to allow me to p/u at 3:00. So I called again, again they said “5:00”. So I waited, and called again around 3:00….to see if I would get lucky on an early return. Nope….they said I could pick up at 5:00. Finally at 4:45 I called again to see if I could come…and they said “well we close at 5:00, but we will be here til about 5:10 if you can get here right away.” WTF??? I am not sure what the heck was going on but I jumped in a cab and luckily the Enterprise rental place was only a few minutes away. I love Enterprise and almost always rent from them, but this weird communication was alarming. I spoke to the same person the first three times.Reviewed 2022 Aug 13
