Picking up the car took an hour and a half, and there was only 2 other groups ahead of us when we arrived. The process was painfully slow and the staff told me my automatic car wasn’t actually ready yet (even though by the time I was serviced it was 2 hours after I was supposed to pick it up) and that I would have to wait or they could offer me a manual car (that I can’t drive) for an hour and then make me return it and wait another 1.5 hours to get the car I booked. The whole experience was a nightmare. Would not use them again.Reviewed 2024 Jul 12
