Complain for kayak services
Pros: Hertz was OK but we paid double the price because of the insurance
Cons: I bought the full cover Insurance from cayak -Allianz but at heartz desc at the pick up they didn't recognised the insurance. In case of an accident I had to pay up to the total value of the car and then claim from Allianz. I didn't received any documents from Allianz when I booked and bought the cover so I was uncomfortable and I asked for the full insurance from heartz. I called Allianz and they didn't respond. I am not happy with kayak and Allianz. I definitely want a refund of the Allianz Insurance cost

Call, and keep calling til someone answers
Cons: The Charleroi branch didn't answer their phone after repeated attempts to call and check on their after hours key drop. Ended up having to drop the car off the night before my flight and spend almost $50 extra to get back to my hotel, then back to the airport the next day.

Pros: Very close to the airport
Cons: Hidden costs size of car posted on your site was smaller at the actual hertz.anything having to pay an extra $130 to increase the size. And I had $140 extra of additional cost that you did not list when I initially reserved a reservation. Total $270 extra I paid on top of what I paid on your website

Totally disappointed
Pros: Pick up and drop off was fast
Cons: First of all, they change the vehicle from a compact Ford to a Opel SUV, without previous notice, which doubled the amount of fuel I had planned for the trip. Then, I just realized they charged an additional 27 dollars for insurance, and it was supposed to be included in the total amount I paid when I made the reservation. By the end, they tricked me into spending double the amount I was prepared for. I feel totally robbed, would have been cheaper in any other company
