Cons:Delayed ! Lost connection ! Terrible experience
Cons:We ran threw Madrid airport to catch our connenting flight to menorca. As we arrived at the gate 5 minutes before take off, the woman at the desk was closing the doors to the loading deck while the plane was still at the terminal. She then told us the flight was closed and there was nothing she could do in a rude manner. She told us we had to go to the Iberia information desk where we found no one there to help us. We then went back to the gate and watched the plane sit connected to the loading deck for another 10 minutes where the woman was very rude again. Finally after waiting for 20 minutes for some to show up at the information desk we were able to get on the next flight. Unfortunately we spent most of the first day of our vacation sitting at Madrid airport.
Pros:Auto rebooked for delayed flight and missed connection.
Cons:Seats not rebooked together, and it would have been possible. Broken seats all around us. Annoying flight attendants. Won't mention the screaming kids, but while the flight attendants were nagging passengers for everything, they didn't say a word to the inattentive parents of the screamers. Air conditioning didnt work well. Crazy small seats, no padding in seats. It was a tough flight.
Pros:The crew was wonderful.
Cons:There was a problem with trying to get my ticket issued from JFK to DCA. Iberia sent me to American and American tried to send me back to Iberia. If I hadn't taken a lot of effort to get my ticket, I would have been late for my flights.
Cons:The stewardess kept on hitting my husband who due to crammed seats could not fit.
Pros:boarding was efficient. crew was polite and helpful.
Cons:seats were very close together, not much leg room.
Pros:La cultura y el trato dado por los Españoles. El aeropuerto es muy bonito y todo está señalizado. Los restaurantes todos una belleza y unos sabores inigualables.
Pros:Booked 1 month in advance... was treated unfairly
Cons:I booked one month in asvance and was told that I would be a standby flyer.. even after explaining that I had an international connection flight in madrid. I did not appreciate the added stress this news gave me.
Pros:I thought the seats were better than average in the coach sections. I also enjoyed the vast selection of entertainment.
Cons:Compared to other flights with other carriers I have nothing to complain about with this international flight.
Pros:On time, friendly on board crew.
Cons:Too little legroom (I'm 1,82m) Had to give my bag into the hold, even though there was room overhead. Not even a free drink in 2,5h flight.
