Pros:
We didn’t receive the service at all . They didn’t bring the car to jeddha airport at all. We were forced to rent a car from another company after 2 houres wait at the airport and so many phone calls with no results One of the worst experience on my life. Please please refund our money .10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I was told the pricing I got from kayak was incorrect and that they cannot honor our agreement. I had to find another car rental agency with a suitable car, wait longer for car preparations and paid a higher overall price. I don't believe I will be dealing with either kayak or Avis after such a poor experience.2.0 Poor

Pros:
Enterprise owned their mistakes by reimbursing me for the transportation and gave me a discount of the car rental.Cons:
My flight was to North Terminal, however, the pick up was at Terminal 1. Enterprise failed to pick up me from terminal as well as failed to pick up the phone. Terminal 1 is new terminal and it still lacks informative signing for car return and car rental offices. At rhe pick up I could not have dealt with the procedure without of an interpreter as the person at the desk did not speak any other language except Arabic.2.0 Poor

I arrived in the airport and NOBODY Showed up, I am trying to call their number but no one is answering my calls! I tried to go to their office based on the location this app provided and it leads me to DIFFERENT car rental office! What a waste of time, money and energy! I even paid for alliance insurance which I didn't get the car I rented! I need a full refund!Hertz
