Prepaid 5 days in advance and did not receive the car class reserved. Reserved full sized truck and received a compact suv. Customer service was poor. Waited 15 minutes at counter for employee to return.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
I liked that when I landed in Killeen, Texas I was able to take care of all the paperwork and get my car keys right next to the luggage pick up site while I waited for my bags. The car was well maintained and the price i was charged was reasonable. Dropping it off did not really present any hassle either.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The staff was not helpful. They did not have the vehicle or a similar one available for my reservation. The clerk stated she wasn't sure about the seating capacity for the vehicle she tried to pawn off. I told her I must have seating for 7 as was reserved. We walked around the parking lot and she showed me that the vehicle I wanted was on a doughnut and they couldn't get it fixed until they had 5 flats to fix. I drove an hour to pick up this car. She offered a 12 passenger van that looked like a church bus or a Highlander with seating for 5. Neither was acceptable. She didn't care that I had already driven an hour to get the reserved vehicle. She stated they called and left a message, but the number they used was not the number on my confirmation and I never received it. She made no attempt to make the situation better or offer a remedy other than a car that was too small or a tank.Cons:

I booked 4 different reservations and was not able to receive a rental until 3 days after I made my first booking. I showed up after my flight landed and was told my reservation was canceled because they had no vehicles. How was I able to reserve one (4 different times) only to show up and not be able to get a car? Made my business trip start off extremely inconveniently.7.2 Good

Due to extreme weather conditions in TX The flight was cancelled. I had to cancelled the reservation. I had to make about 10 call to cancel. I was not giving an answer for the cancellation. Poor service at best.Cons:

Staff very unhelpful. Had a reservation for over a month and upon arrival at airport they had no cars available and was told it could be 30 minutes or 4 hours before they might have a car and it may not be the size I had reserved. Staff could not have cared less about customer service.Alamo

The only thing with the drop off was i was unclear about who and where i should drop off the vehicle. There wasn't an Alamo in Killeen TX airport. So i had to call to see what agency I was supposed to use.2.0 Poor

15 hr plus delay due to weather website shows counter close's at 1030pm local, we arrived at 1015pm and no one was there thus costing me $150 usd for a taxi to round Rock. If I was the manager I'd fire those people as there were 4 other groups in my situation.thanks for nothing alamo!1.9 Poor

The instructions on the documentation on how to complete the transaction when dropping off the car were inaccurate. It talked about a drop box, but there was none. It did not mention whether to leave the keys in the car or not.10.0 Wonderful

My car was prepaid, flight was delayed, called Dollar and no answers, arrived after they closed and was told by Priceline that Dollar would honor my rental if I went back at 8 AM.
