Cons:The lady who waited on me was not only rude to me, but the gentleman in front of me as well. There are too many choices for us to have to put up with rude employees. I'll just use Enterprise from know on, even if Avis happens to be less expensive.
Cons:I couldn't figure out what the rotten smell was in the car, so on the second day I popped the hood. There was a dead (and rotten) cat on top of the engine. When I returned the car the next day, the lady asked how the car was. I told her it was horrible and explained the situation. My main issue in all of this is she didn't offer a refund, or discount, or much of an apology. She pretty much just agreed with me that it was disgusting.

Pros:The staff was friendly and tried to make our trip safe. It appeared that evening I picked up the rental car the car hadn't been serviced because the following morning as I was loading the vehicle one of the back doors did not open. I took the car back to Enterprise and told them about it. Several staff members tried to get the door to open but failed. No rental car was available at the store nor within close range. We waited and waited because the worker stated vehicles were coming to the store that morning. Long story short...after about 1 1/2 hour we were given a van and for the same rate as the car would have been. We were 2 hours behind on our trip due to the door was stuck. BUT we were able to take the trip and we had plenty of space to travel in
Cons:I believe the car should have been checked before it was given to me. BUT at least the problem was addressed and eventually fixed.

Pros:The staff refused to allow me as well as others to enter the building. His statement was they closed at 12:00 and we were not standing outside at 12:00 because he locked the door at 12:03. I totally disagreed with him being that he was inside working with a client and that people were waiting outside but the door was locked. I explained to him that I had preregistered and that I just needed to pick up my vehicle. He replied he can't allow me in and it would take at least thirty minutes to complete the paperwork, My weekend trip was blown away and my family was very disappointed.
Cons:More workers should have been at the front desk so that services could have been rendered professionally. LOCKING THE DOOR AND REFUSING TO ALLOW PEOPLE IN BECAUSE THE STAFF IS SHORT HANDED WAS HORRIBLE. This is the second time this company has failed in providing good services.
Pros:Pickup and drop off was quick and easy
