They didnt provide me a car. They overbooked the cars. My whole vacation was ruined because of this, I didnt make it to my destination and hotel reservations were charged.Cons:

Cons:
Hertz not only did not have the van we had reserved, they had NO CARS available. The staff was of no help and left us stranded to find taxis for 7 of us with all our luggage. It is clear that they don't honor reservations. This is not unique to Hertz. Sites need to stop offering car rental reservations for Mexico since there is zero guarantee that you will get what you've reserved.2.0 Poor

I made a reservation, had a price for the days I needed a car. We get off the plane, go to the budget boot to find out my reservation is no good, instead the guy with a bad attitude tells me, I have to pay three times more the price at the reservation, what a great experience....Cons:
I called budget, all they tell me is, ( I'm sorry there is nothing we can do, call this #, or this department, maybe they can help you). Meanwhile I'm with my wife and children stranded in a place I don't know.2.0 Poor
