I was given a quite dirty and dented car in poor working order and told there was no alternative vehicle available. There was gum on the front seat and their solution when I pointed this out was to provide a piece of computer paper to protect my clothing! I was charged the local tax even though I'm exempt as a tourist and it took substantial time and effort to get the tax reversed at the airport. I paid over $50/day with insurance and there was no apology or compensation for the poor service or beat up car. Don't think I'll ever give Hertz Tel Aviv another chance.8.0 Very good

- Car was ghetto and old. And I didn't get the type I requested. - Very overpriced. Mandatory Insurance and taxes skyrocketed the price. - Customer service wasn't amazing overall.3.6 Poor

- price, not the very fact that is very high compared to European rates, but that there are many extra hidden costs that you learn about only once you are at the pick up desk and all plans a made and naturally there is no other way but to accept you faith. - car was dirty on pick up, literally covered in stains, food etc - no child seat available - brakes turned out to be "playful" after 1 hour on highway - check engine/change oil signs kept lighting upAvis
