UnprofessionalPros:The car was nice and in very good conditionCons:I was given the wrong address for pick up. I spent $60 going to an office it didn't exist to pick up the vehicle which by the way was given on the reservation email. Once I called the pffixe number I was given a different address at a hotel upon arriving the little stand for the car rental company was unattended, when I asked the hotel attendant she said no one was there and that she was going to call someone from the car rental company. The attendant didn't show up until around 10am my reservation was for pick up time of 8am.Reviewed 2017 Feb 10

Cons:Very poor experience, was told to pick up at a certain location, when I couldn't find the address I called the local customer service and they told me that location closed a year ago, Also the lady told me she could not find my rental even with my confirmation number. I went to the other location and they told me all of their cars were reserved for other customers already. I had to rent a car from another company at a higher price due to last minute rental.Reviewed 2016 Dec 28

terrible servicePros:There was nothing to like.Cons:I was not able to rent the car, all the prices were changed at the airport, I was asked for a 12,000.00 USD deposit, Had to rent another car with the terms and conditions of the terminal, I was already at the airport and my vacation had to be shortened due to the inconvenience of the car rental rates, which are extremely high.Reviewed 2016 Oct 29
