Pros: the crew was great and noticed that I had been in the bathroom when the service cart started. They made sure I was contacted and taken care of.
Cons: I think a small snack would have been helpful. Even on a short flight we have all been through security, customs etc - a small snack seems appropriate when people are being asked to be there 3 hours early.review from

Cons: Flight was delayed significantly causing me to miss my connection. Air Canada rebooked me the next day but did not even provide a hotel in Toronto, blaming weather when it was clearly not weather related.

Cons: controlling luggage inside the cabin seems to be a problem. I watched a first class/business class older man have to take his to back of the plane because someone in economy placed their items in his above compartment. And the flight attendant just watched! Not cool!!review from
