Cons: We were disappointed the rooftop wasn't open yet, but, that just gives us more of a reason to return!

Cons: Check in time was very late (4pm).

Cons: Insanely loud room, mediocre creaky bed, iffy neighborhood, no luggage rack, not a 4 star bathroom by any stretch, actually children's art on the walls - not attractive or indicative of a 4 star space, curtains don't close all the way. Basically, look elsewhere for 300+ a night because this isn't a 4 star experience

Cons: Strange loud noise in am (pipes?). Too much light came in under door. No place to put suitcase.

Cons: The Beds were wonderful

Cons: I didn't like the restaurant manager on duty during the day. She had a sour attitude that was a direct clash with what the hotel was trying to achieve. She was a short, red headed, nasty fireball that was from my opinion a horrible task master that drove down the moral of earnest employees.

Cons: The restaurant i rate 1 star the food was terrible the service sucked only 1 person handling hosting and serving the cook looked miserable can't take directions on how to make an omelet . Top it off the carpet in the room had dark stains on it paint was peeling on the walls and we saw a cockroach in the bathroom

Cons: Very,VERY thin walls. I could actually hear the lady in the room next door talking on the phone at night, not just her side of the conversation, but the woman she was talking to on the other end. No exaggeration. Also, on the other side of the room I could here Everything that was going on with the couple staying there. Their bed rattling the walls and even shaking my bed. I could here every time someone used the toilet and not just the flushing of the toilet. The filling of the toilet too. None of the entry doors to the rooms had a soft close or open feature. So instead of when entering the room and opening the door and expecting some resistance, the doors flung open and banged the wall behind it. This went on all night and all morning with people coming and going down the hallway. One morning it sounded like something like a cart or chair was hurled down the hallway. In the bathroom, the mirror looked as if it had rotted right above the sink at some point, instead of being replaced, it was just painted over. There were a couple broken tiles on the floor surround tiles. The towel I was going to use after showering had a long black hair on it( I have short brown hair), and also there were hairs in the bathtub. The sink had something that I can only describe as dried spit in it.The shower curtain liner was worn and didn't fit the tub any longer, so water leaked unto the floor.

Cons: The bed was uneven. Staff are somewhat rude. The phone in the room didn't work and I was charged twice for the room. Indoor pool needs updates... actually most of the hotel does.

Cons: Pillows were awful. $50 pet fee was not upfront as I was charged at check in

Cons: Parking is too expensive. Housekeeping was a little too anxious to clean the room.

Cons: The noise from the street and the bed mattress seems to be old.

Cons: Lighting in the room was not bright enough; at least one mirror should be available in the room, outside of the bathroom; headboard was not attached firmly so it banged against the wall with any movement(had to wedge a towel between it and the wall).

Cons: In the AM the maid knocked on my door a little early.

Cons: Though standard for hotels to take credit card #, they actually ran $50 on it; when I called, because I had no charges, said "it would fall off in a few days."

Cons: Did a similar review for Expedia right after I had checked in. In my review I suggested updating some of the rooms and hotel features. My review got sent to the hotel staff immediately and they responded promptly. When we arrived downstairs the next morning for checkout the receptionist was gossiping with the bellmen about our review and speaking negatively about us. When she noticed we had arrived to the desk she confronted us about our review and said she had received it. She tried to make us feel uncomfortable and sorry for leaving them a poor review. Will not be returning to this hotel for this reason alone.

Cons: -Menu was not as expanded as I thought it would be -Reserved room w/ balcony. To our major disappointment, our balcony had a 5 1/2 foot wall that was not noted in advertisement - major let down.

Cons: I was disappointed when they confirmed my request for a small refrigerator via text message but once I got there couldn't find it in my room. I called the front text who notified me that there are no rooms with refrigerators but they could refrigerate things for me for 31$/day. NO thanks because I was also surprised by the 21$/day for parking.

Cons: Broken coffee maker. No biggie, Starbucks is across the street.

Cons: The night desk wasn't as helpful when we were looking for parking areas that weren't connected with the hotel or were lower in price than the valet. She gave is directions to the valet garage but my fiance (in the car at the time) couldn't find it based on her directions. We eventually decided to give up and use the $21 valet because it was late at night and we had already driven a long way from home, making us very cranky and tired.

Cons: Plumbing made noise during the night.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that we were stuck in a room in the back facing a wall. I will probably go back to the Omni or try the Renaissance Hotel next time in Richmond. At least there you're not looking at brick walls. I parked on the street couple blocks up due to over priced valet......it simply isn't needed with the parking garages around.

Cons: The room was fairly clean. Could hear any noice outside in the halls, but I supose that's just a hotel.

Cons: Location- area around hotel isn't bad, just a bit far from downtown Richmond

Cons: The shower leaked bad. The only thing “fancy” was coffee stirrers. For $200 a night, the “vip lounge” breakfast should be free. Oh wait, the break fast was lame. Also, the lounge is on the 7th floor, so if you are on the 6th floor, you have to insert your room key card into the elevator to gain access, but by the time the key card works and you push “7”, the elevator goes all the way down to the first floor to get people. Don’t stay here. A $90 Comfort Inn is WAY better. Actually, sleeping in your car is better. My stay was a total of 4 hours, and I was disgusted at the quality.

Cons: Great hotel

Cons: Our room was directly under the Executive Club and noisy as hell. We were kept awake too late and awoken before 6am the next day. Ugh.

Cons: You really have to pay $15 a day for Internet? Is Marriott the last major chair stuck in the 20th century?

Cons: I chose the wrong time to come kids were running up & down the hall screaming.

Cons: Dirty nightstand

Cons: I don't like the redesigned rooms. They feel like dorm rooms. The furniture is cheap and has no style.

Cons: Really low water pressure in the shower and cold water for 10min before it got hot.
