Cons: nothing

Cons: I didn't like the hidden charges at the end for $6 per day per occupant. Maybe I missed it in the opening contract but I think when I pay in advance everything in the beginning Payment

Cons: Price a little steep for one night.

Cons: Bed was to hard for me. Hurt my back but I requested a mattress pad the day before checkout. I left my room all day and when I got back to the room the mattress pad was on the bed providing me a comfortable night sleep. Should have asked for it two days earlier.

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: We arrived at the hotel at noon, after almost 24 hours of travel. We were exhausted. The front desk staff reminded us that check-in was at 2 p.m., but proceeded to allow 11 other couples/families to register and go to their rooms before 2 p.m.. We sat in the lobby for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The front desk did not check with the cleaning staff until we had been sitting there for an hour and a half, and I went to the desk a second time. Not a great way to start a vacation.

Cons: The room; too small and smelling terrible bad. The "mini elevator", the "mini halls"...The external appearance of the hotel is magnificent but inside it is quite reduced

Cons: The hotel is in bad shape. Carpet is shabby, paint chipping off walls, etc. I'd stayed at a Eurostar hotel in Munich that was modern, clean and very comfortable and thought the Rome location would be similar since it's a chain...but they seemed like two different companies. That said, it's fine for the budget traveler. Clean room and decent shower, but the whole place from the lobby to the rooms are just much shabbier than they appear online.

Cons: The one thing we did not like was that our double bed was two singles pushed together, which is not uncommon for Europe, but not preferable to us.

Cons: The contental breakfast wasn't very nice sorry to say... the pasteries were to die for on the other hand though.

Cons: -overall value wasn't there for me. We stayed at much better Airbnbs and other hotels with AC, just as clean, better locations and more useful staff for a fraction of the price. Not worth the gym, spa or breakfast. Highly suggest the Azuri Guest House. It's a bit smaller and less"grand" but about 3x Cheaper, very clean and has AC. Located in the monti district where you can find cheap good food, it's more central and has a nightlife. -room was hot and humid with no way of adjusting the temperature mid October(the number 1 reason for getting a low score) -no way to turn AC on once they turn Heat on (ok if you don't mind noise by openining window) -reception is a bit stupid and lazy. Couldn't get towels, they didn't "know how to book a shuttle or taxi to the airport" -small gym that's not properly ventilated, it's extremely stuffy in there. 2 treadmills, a bike, up to 10kg dumbbells and a really bad piece of techno gym equipment. -Elevator is really small.

Cons: The place had a small sign on the outside of the building. Once inside there was nothing that told you the main office and rooms were on the 4th floor.

Cons: You get charged for late check ins, the rooms are smaller than the picture would have you think. The space is loud if you are there with other guests. Zero amenities so you must be very self-sufficient...I think I saw a staff member twice while we stayed there.

Cons: Shower water was not consistent. Kept going from hot to cold.

Cons: The rooms are so small you cant even walk. There is no wifi in the rooms. The AC was not working jn our room and they didnt do anything about it. Neither they replaced toiletries. Its not even close to Termini or metro station. Plus the guy who sits at reception in the evening time is so rude. There is no reason one should stay at this hotel.
