Cons: can't think of a thing

Cons: Thin walls allowed voices and tv to be heard from neighbors.

Cons: The weird bathroom door.

Cons: Room service coffee was inconsistent.

Cons: Only complaint was that the room wasn't soundproof to the hallway. I could hear everything outside the room in the hallway.

Cons: No complaints.

Cons: The hotel wanted to charge for wifi, that should be free these days.

Cons: Walls are paper thin. We heard the couple next door arguing for hours. We had to finally call front desk/security at midnight.

Cons: Valet parking only and it's $55/night

Cons: I was double charged by the hotel. When I called to have it corrected, they claimed it was my fault. Ultimately, one of the charges was reversed but I was very unhappy that I almost ended up paying double for the hotel's mistake.

Cons: Better parking options would have stayed longer but to pay 50 valet or 36 two blocks away / a day just for parking took us to a different location

Cons: My only gripe is that the tv channels are very limited and you have to pay a lot extra for every tiny thing, even internet. In this day and age I think everyone should be giving out free internet!

Cons: The Internet was slow.

Cons: The room was quite bright at night and housekeeping didn’t clean our room one of the days we were there.

Cons: Housekeeping didn't even knock and just came into my room in the morning a few hours before checkout. I was sleeping at the time but it could have been potentially very embarrassing for us both.

Cons: Bed could've been more comfortable, and I was frustrated to not be able to watch my own movies via HDMI cable

Cons: A stocked refrigerator would have been nice, but all I really missed was cold water to drink.

Cons: The wet towel in the tub

Cons: Saturday night was a little noisy on my floor. Too much St Paddy's Day celebration I suppose.

Cons: The room size was less than desirable...even for New York City it was small. Two medium-sized pieces of luggage could barely fit into the room. The A/C seemed to run on its own; there was a control in the room that didn't respond when humans touched it. The shower curtain in the bathroom was yellow and brown towards the bottom and the tile's grout was dirty in certain places. Not to mention that the water pressure in the shower and sink was weak at best.

Cons: The room was just an average, modern hotel room. Without much charm and a little less than as clean as most. Surprised to find that used products (shampoos, body lotion, etc.) were not replaced for our second night's stay.

Cons: It took us 2 hrs to get our room. I got a text in the morning from Kayak saying the room will be ready for check in at 3pm. We got to the hotel a litle before 4 and they said theyre backed up and it'll be roughly 20min and they'll call us when its ready. My friend and I leave our bags to go grab food at Pikes Market and come back because we had a 5pm rental car. We didnt get a call til 5pm that it was ready. I didnt appreciate that the room wasn't ready by "check in time" because that's 2hrs of our money wasted away in rushing and waiting when i could be in my room already...

Cons: We received an email the day before we checked in giving us some choices on room location, early check-in, bed size, etc. One of the choices was "spacious room" which we asked for because there was 4 of us. We weren't expecting an upgrade but sometimes some of the rooms have a little more space than others. We literally got the smallest room available. There was this big huge wall right next to the window. The other rooms had two windows and the additional space. We really wouldn't have thought much of it except for the fact that we requested a spacious room when asked. My point is, don't ask me and then give me an even smaller room than normal. The other problem was there were only 3 towels in the bathroom. Again, there were 4 of us…We called twice to request additional towels. Finally, my husband found a staff member in the hall and asked them to get us towels. The next day the cleaning person left us 3 towels again. Called to request towels AGAIN, no towels. Found the closet in the hall unlocked and got some towels out of there. I also don't like the fact there is no coffee maker in the room. I don't want to have to get dressed to go down and get coffee. For the price, I would like to have someone respond to my requests.

Cons: Just the price. But it's worth it!

Cons: Conference rooms are in the basement, making them feel a bit closed-in. Sometimes the elevators are a bit of a wait.

Cons: Nothing. It was all great.

Cons: We paid for an upgraded room on a high floor with a city view but our only window faced an office building about 50 feet away across an alley. We could see nothing else.

Cons: Everything was as expected or better!

Cons: Town car service offered by hotel way too expensive! Homeless walking on fourth street. Never bothered us, but sad, nevertheless.

Cons: I was really looking forward to sleeping in since the check out was noon... but the maid service started its duties at 9 am... so there went my sleeping in... also... my staying in (do not disturb) card got put under the breakfast menu and I had the cleaning crew come in into my room before I could stop them... even though I had the tag of "conserve and decline maid services" hanging on my door

Cons: The “resort fee” is silly. It isn’t a resort. It’s ridiculous.

Cons: The mattresses could have been better quality. The linens were nice upgrades but the mattress felt like a cheap budget line mattress. Also, the robes that were offered in the closet were gross to the touch. They should be replaced immediately with new plush robes. I mention that because plush robes are advertised as one of the luxuries of staying in that room.

Cons: A little more variety on the breakfast menu, there was no pancakes or French toast. I called to see if they could make an exception and they advised their kitchen could t do French toast. What kind of kitchen can’t dip bread in eggs?

Cons: Bellman didn't offer help with my bag. Front desk and entry are more "nightclub" than hotel. Late night menu very limited. Shampoo and conditioner smell very masculine. Seems like a bar and restaurant with a few rooms rather than hotel. The W twenty years later.

Cons: Small 'cruise liner' sized rooms. But very nice small rooms.
