Pros: I forgot an item in the room, and calling to hotel 3 times trying inquire how it can be picked up. One time redirerected to vmail with no follow up; second time it was suggested to call at different time; third time waited for fairly long time and gave up.

Pros: It was my girlfriend and I's first trip to Seattle. The hotel was within walking distance of anywhere you'd wanna go. The staff was super helpful and we were able to squeeze everything we wanted to do within the weekend we were in the city. Whether it's shopping, a concert at the paramount, the space needle, the farmers market, or just wanting to explore the city, the Hyatt gives you the opportunity to do all these things without needing any transportation other than you two legs.

Pros: This hotel was so much better than I could have imagined. Extremely clean, friendly staff, amazing location. The rooms were very comfortable and the rooftop view was really nice. It is walking distance to the space needle and pike place market and there are tons of cute restaurants around. They have bikes you can rent and umbrellas that you can check out for free.

Pros: I was surprised by the look and the care of the staff of the hotel. I booked this place at the last minute. The staff gave options of the local restaurants. There are free bikes and umbrellas (a nice plus). You can go to the roof top and take in the view. I would stay here again

Pros: Although this hotel is just about a 5 minute drive to downtown, I really liked the location. It's on a corner and easy to find, there are a handful of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and it's just enough out of town to where the streets and traffic aren't keeping you up at night or waking you up early morning. There is a Starbucks connected to the hotel which is nice. Overall it is a very simple but clean hotel.

Pros: The location was great. The price for parking was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. A lot of great restaurants and neighborhood stores. Close to other points of interest in Seattle.

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt like the most important person staying in the hotel and from what I heard they were fully booked. The location was great and close to the space needle, near a supermarket and restaurants. The room was excellent and the rooftop deck was nice to have a look out. Any item you needed was available from the front desk.

Pros: Great location for Key Arena and the Space Needle. Monorail at the Space Needle takes you right downtown. I would stay again if I were in Seattle.

Pros: My family has stayed here two times now. We liked it so much the first time, we intentionally booked it for our following trip. The location is great! Close to Seattle center, super convenient public transportation, good food nearby- including an adorable old school bakery.

Pros: Overall the hotel was great! My favorite amenities were: large bathrooms, roof access, Starbucks on lobby floor, cheap fiber optics, and private enclosed parking structure.

Pros: Location location location. This hotel is right next to the space needle and within walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was very good, only had to wait a few minutes for a made to order omelet and the rest of the spread was also very good. Room was very nice and ample seating for several visiting friends on sofa. Rooftop deck was the perfect place to enjoy a few beers right under the space needle at night.

Pros: right across from the space needle. We walked there and did not have to worry about parking. We even got on the train to go downtown convention center. The elevator was out of service but the staff was really helpful and I really did not mind it at all and they did not charge fthe parking fee. I say thanks to the evening crew working for making it easy checking in and getting our bags up to the room. I will come back here again, thanks!

Pros: Room was larger than I expected and had a small kitchen area that I used to make myself tea. Free breakfast was pretty solid too. It was a little confusing at first but I love the energy efficiency that results from connecting the keycard to the power system.

Pros: The motif is a great place to stay. I went to Seattle with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. It was the perfect location as it is in the middle of downtown Seattle. We didn't have to go far to get a bite to eat or to have a few drinks. It's a nice hotel, the rooms were clean and it was very spacious. Coffee and water in room. They upgraded our room since it was a special occasion. Overall I had a great time and I will stay there again when I go back to Seattle.

Pros: Took along time for us to get checked in,about an hour and half...could not find our kayak reservation. Told us to wait a few minutes while they looked and had us take a seat while they checked in other customers which seemed to go slow..had to go back up after they had checked other people in and ask again about our reservation...told again it would be awhile and to come back but assured us they had a room for us. I felt they should have got us into out room and then looked for the reservation...went to eat at the pub downstairs had an early dinner and came back and finally got into our room...Room was clean, shower head had a leak at top of shower head and sprayed all over...the plus about the hotel is the location, can walk almost everywhere you want to go..Staff was courteous but for the price need to step it up. We will go back just because of the location and hope the experience is better.

Pros: Belltown Inn is a clean, simple, unpretentious place. I like this kind of hotel because it's not stuffed full of things that I don't need - like padded Queen Anne armchairs, oversized tvs, and bad sugary 'continental' breakfasts. My room was comfortable, with a good desk and chair, a reasonably-sized tv and a very good mattress. AND open-able windows. Two points for that! For a very reasonable price.

Pros: Close to downtown, so everything was walkable. Great restaurants nearby. Complementary umbrella also a plus if it decides to rain.
