Car was clean, but not spotless. The return of the keys is cumbersome. Place the locker closer to the return area. Car was fabulous in driving, but had a minor tendency to pull to the left.Reviewed 2023 Mar 03

I like the availability of SIXT working hours and the easy access to the office and parking spot. I dislike that the car was only half charged despite being informed about the fully charged battery. Moreover, I paid for it.Reviewed 2022 Sep 04

The service at the desk was excellent. All my questions and requests were resolved promptly with a great attitude. I felt very fortunate to interact with someone that was making a real effort to understand my needs and quickly offer solutions. During booking though Kayak the result was that the car wasn't ready at the airport as I believe I defined it during the booking but in some office in the City center. Despite my e-mails SIXT were somehow unable to change the location of the pickup, so I needed to take taxi from the airport to the city center just to pick up the car. The price of this cost me 50% of the car rental for a day. Won't recommend booking SIXT from KAYAK.Reviewed 2022 Apr 05
