Pros:The staff was quick, clear, friendly, patient and overall highly efficient.Cons:The car I requested was unavailable and the car we did receive was not nearly as comfortable or as efficient when it came to fuel economy. I bought an insurance policy through Allianz and it didn't show up in the system which made our pick up a bit more difficult. No fault of the Sixt representativReviewed 2019 Sep 10

Pros:Missing my connection a very knowledgeable, understanding man let me change my pick up location quickly and efficiently.Cons:Return in Faro horrible with very rude young man who didn't check car with me.told me to go to airport!
