KLM is my favourite airline. Never ever let us down.Staff are first class.
The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.
Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!
The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

The food was ok. The crew seemed like they were cranky. I had one guy get mad at me for passing in between the storage area to get to the other toilet. I can understand if it's not allowed but reprimanding me like I'm a student saying "This is the last time!" was not appropriate. During my meal time, there was a French family around me. No problems there but when we usually have meals, they are supposed to put their chair in the upright position. These people did not do it and the steward did not tell them to raise their seat in the upright position. However, I was told to do so! So, me and another person next to me had to eat with the monitor almost touching our faces. Furthermore, a lady in front of me was putting her feet up and preventing another elder passenger from putting her seat back. To make it worse, she was continuously hitting her back into her seat, shaking my monitor while I was watching a movie. A crew member did speak to her about it but then she accused me of pushing her seat forward! The crew member gave me a death stare and told me to stop pushing the seat forward. I did not even touch her seat at all, if I did, she would know it. Her boyfriend also stood up and tried to push her seat even further past the maximum decline to no avail. None of these people were reprimanded but the steward, some bald guy, was extremely friendly with them and did not even try to instruct them to do anything until it was time to land. I resisted the urge to really argue with them because I would have obviously been seen as the aggressor (I have no idea why). I hardly said anything on this flight except "more wine please" and "sorry" if I bumped into someone accidentally. Overall, it was an annoying flight and I had to resist the urge to yell at the steward and the people he was overly friendly with. The happiest moment of this flight was leaving it.
One of the vstewardeses wanted to bump me of the plane for absolutely nothing. There is CCTV in the plane ans everything can be verified. Very disappointing , you all will see, o other 5 years and the passangers who does not smile to flight attendent will be bumped off...
It was nice to be on a legacy airline, people try at least.
The flight itself it was great nice food the crew were very nice and helpful, Checking in from Birmingham wasn't great long queues for bag dropped, And I had my hand luggage case taken away from me even though I requested to have it with me as I had breakables items. I was told I can not because of the length of the flight with no explanation at all no options was given for me to take my fragile items out of my case it was taken away with hold buggage I find the staff member who was checking me in very unpleasant !! Can we please be advise if the rules have changed about the the carry on hand luggage it will be easier to be advise on booking your tickect if we not allowed to take the hand luggage with me. Overall I had a good flight .
We waited in line for more than 30 minutes to go through the check in (after the staff summoned us). Once on the plane we had to wait almost two hours before takeoff. The copilot said that it was not their fault but that the plane had arrived late in the first place and lost the slot to leave again because of the heavy traffic, This is completely understandable in our times, but I would have expected a little bit of pampering from the staff. We received a tiny little cup of water because we complained. Not a coffee, not a cookie, no music on the plane, no plugs to recharge your cellphone. It was very cold inside the plane and someone asked for a blanket for a baby - very harsh answer from the staff, no blankets on this plane. I think they should review their instructions and team spirit as traveling is also the experience, not only getting from A to B. And it’s not fun to interact with staff that doesn’t seem like they are enjoying their job. And as far as I know and judging from the cost of the ticket Brussels Airlines it’s not even a low cost!
Terrible seats. Whoever designed the seats should try taking a long flight in it themselves.
The crew and the flight were excellent, the food might be better!
This was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. I came to Europe for a 2 week trip and the airline was probably the most disorganized airline I’ve ever seen in my life. They lost my luggage. I had tracking on it for just such an occasion and told them EXACTLY where it was in the terminal and they somehow failed to get it out on the flight that night, since we were leaving for Switzerland the next day there was no way they would get it to our hotel in time. Seriously, take another airline at any cost. It’s not worth whatever you pay…you’ll end up paying a lot more in the end. My medication is in the bag and I can’t get to it and don’t know how I will get it.
I missed my connecting flight due to long lines at security and immigration. Need improvements
Food quality is deteriorating each time, last year was very good. I avoid the plane food lately.
Been flying on various airlines, all over the world, for 50+ years. The food on Brussels Air was easily the worst I ever endured.
I felt the overall quality of the plane and food service was less than that of their partner airlines, United. An example was wine was served in paper cups in premium economy class. There was no real silverware, napkins or a welcome kit other than a pillow and blanket.
Boarding time was a bit slow causing the flight to not leave right at 5 pm,but other than that it was fine.
I like the frequent mails we get when there is an update. Please keep it up
A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.
The flight from MAD to LIS was absolutely horrible since they didn't allow me to board the flight I had paid for. It turns out TAP has a rule hidden deep in their terms of services that if I miss any of the flights in my multi-city plan they will automatically cancel all the remaining flights. I don't know if this is unique to TAP or common practice, but it seems quite ridiculous that I pay for a flight plan and due to unforeseen circumstances miss one leg of that plan that all remaining plan flights be terminated.
The flight was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight
they canceled the flight. I was at the airport a total of 8 hours. had to fly out the next day. No compensation so far.
They took 8 hours and eventually cancelled the flight. Compensation has been very lackluster and communication has been slow and terrible.
Flew Business with a forced upgrade. dint like how the bidding went . Then at the airport the seat was less than I paid. Not fair The flight crew was great, friendly and very kind. The plane felt like a bucket of bolts. The meal was the worst ever. Ive had better on tap . this was the most disappointing leg of our trip
The flight to Lisbon from Paris was quite pleasant. However, charging several Euros for each item of food left something to be desired. Further, there seemed to be no complimentary drinks, even water.
All of my clothes were completely soaked and wet when I got to my destination. The airline was careless and left my bag on the runway during a rain storm. Very disappointing! On the connecting flight in Lisbon we were made to wait on a bus crammmed in for 20min and standing. Unacceptable Very poor experience and most of my belongings ruined!
It was disappointing to have to pay for soft drinks/ water. The sandwich I wanted was not available. Servig happened to late in the flight.
Not good. Long lines for checkin. Cramped seats. Would only give one tiny cup of water. Had to use people movers. Won’t fly TAP again

Basically a smooth ride to Madrid. There was a little hiccup with boarding but it worked out. Overall great experience!

Very delayed flight. After a hot/crowded bus ride to the tarmac stairs that negated all benefit of being in boarding group 1, we sat on the tarmac forever in the HEAT waiting for departure from Athens. Seatback was very upright in first class and therefore uncomfortable. Fortunately they block middle seats. Food was good. Upon arrival in Madrid we waited AN HOUR for baggage to arrive. What a waste of time.
Passengers were taken to the aircraft by bus. But they kept people standing back to back in the small no AC, no restrooms, no chairs area for 30 minutes waiting for the shuttle bus. No information was provided to the passengers, no help or service was offered during this incident

I forgot to check-in the day in advance that is required for British Airlines so I was very scared that I would not be able to make my flight. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this did not prove to be an issues as the person checking me in at the desk was the sweetest person ever. She helped me get to my flight on time and the crew on the flight were the nicest people I have ever met. Great customer service.

The smell of vomit from the previous flight was overwhelming for a 9 hour flight. There must be a chemical or product to kill the smell before the next flight boards??!!!
The main issue was every single flight and connection was delayed. That made for a very stressful run through Frankfurt airport both ways. Other than that it was much better than other cheap flights, but basic. The cabin staff were great.
The plane was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately it was delayed and I had to pay for coffee.
Poor communication from airline, didn't start boarding until 15 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air and there was no communication from anyone about a delay except the screens showing we were "on-time" and already "boarding" which finally updated 5 minutes after we were supposed to be in the air to "delayed".
Boarding was confusing with all those lanes and groups. Everything else was good
No pillows provided. Chaotic boarding. No inflight entertainment. Flight arrived 25 minutes late.

The boarding was a mess; I'm unclear why they can't organize it by boarding number.
Prompt boarding, safe landing and they didn't lose our luggage. No entertainment and no USB plugs to charge phones. No food, though I might have been asleep.
