Charged me €70 euros extra at the airport and they said it is because my collection time was past 10oclock but this was never mentioned to me during the booking process.Reviewed 2022 Oct 31

Pros:Staff were pathetic. MR PINTO AND HIS MANAGER MS KUHLMANN, were extremely rude and incompetent. They didn't even supply the car I booked, overcharged me more than double as they didn't have a car and now refuse to refund me or reply to my calls or emails. Worst car rental ever.Cons:Sixt is useless, it's no wonder they are called Sixt and not First..... Absolutely will never do a rental with them again.Reviewed 2020 Jan 07

Cons:Dishonest staff at drop off! Claimed everything was fine with the car only to be sent an invoice for a supposed damage yet no picture with time stamp to as proof. Avoid!!!Reviewed 2019 Jul 23

Upselling Insurance - Other than that good experiencePros:Vehicle was clean and easy to find. No issues with the car.Cons:The check-in agent tried to up sell both insurance and gps. I had pre-purchased insurance but she kept telling me that I wouldn’t be covered in case of accident. Familiar with my pre-purchased policy I declined. She kept pushing twice more to no avail. The agent also tried to push a navigation unit on me. As it turned out it was already standard in the car. Sixt needs to train their staff better.Reviewed 2018 Jan 23
