Pros:Crew was pleasant and kept me informed before and during boarding process. Flight going and coming were on time! Definitely appreciated that.

Pros:Amazed to be served dinner, which was pretty tasty. Attendants were very nice and a great flight.

Pros:The simplicity of checking in at a no hassle airport. Great price but could be cheaper.
Cons:That the plane arrived two and a half hour later. Also wish that this Surinam Airways can fly through out the year not just a few months out of the year.
Pros:Going to Guyana on the 21st, the flight was delayed almost 4hrs without explanation,lt was very difficult to contact airlines for information.Every thing see was ok.Staff very pleasant. .
Pros:other than the issues mentioned everything else was ok, nothing great about it just OK.
Cons:it was very hot when first entering the plane and it was hot until we got ready for take off. The flight leaving from Miami going to Aruba had a 3 hour delay and the communication was horrible.
Pros:Food and drinks served were pleasant.
Cons:Our seats were in front of the spacious emergency exit seats and they were tighter than the rest of the plane. We were scrunched in more than the rest of the passengers which was very uncomfortable.
Pros:Everything was excellent going and coming. Will definitely book Suriname Air if it is flying where we're going in the future.

Cons:The customer service was nonexistent. There was no one available at the MIA airport outside of the single schedule flight time. When I called, I spoke to the same lady who was extremely unhelpful. They also cancelled my flight without a refund, eventhough I called them 4 hours beforehand to inform them that I would be missing my flight due to another airline carrier being tardy. Refused to let me board the return flight that I had already paid for. I had to purchase an additional roundtrip ticket to replace the Surinam flight. Will never fly or recommend this airline ever again.
Pros:I liked that dinner was served.
Cons:Seats were a bit too small. There were no screens for watching TV or movies.
