Standard station wagon
Staff very helpful inspite of language differences and exhausted customers.
Worst ever customer service. Stupid processes. It all started w not being forewarned about needing an international drivers license! This cost us over €100 and we’ve not needed one anywhere in Europe in 5 years of travelling. Things did not get better after that. You get what you pay for.
2.0 Poor

No car was there and no shuttle was available. No sign or anything. Went with another service and will be charging back the fee.
