Cons:
I paid for the extra insurance through Kayak, but when I picked up the car in Vilnius I was forced to buy separate insurance for over $150. That means that the insurance Kayak sold me was no good. Also, when I dropped the car off the company is claiming I caused damage when there was already damage indicated for the area in question when I picked it up. The company in Lithuania was not actually Hertz, but something called Ace. I feel like I'm being scammed robbed by this company but can do nothing about it.Ace
