On arrival to JFK it to 3.5hrs to clear immigration, as only 3 booths open. Almost missed connection
Wry good overall
Narelle and Victor were amazing and delivered 1st class customer service
The crew on both flights were courteous and professional. The flights were smooth and on time. Great experience overall. There could have been at least a drink on the flight's JFK - JAX leg.
I booked a virgin flight because I like the hospitality of the virgin crew premium economy is fantastic but I was put on a delta flight witch is nothing like a virgin flight
I didn’t like that I had to be pulled aside to be searched in front of people like a criminal. Even if you had to search people create a room no in front of people. It’s not decent at all. I love to fly with virgin always.
Option to check in luggage earlier.
Excellent
Clean and tidy
Flight delayed over two hours, very little communication from staff then had to wait 2.25 hrs to clear passport control. Had arrangements for evening ruined as a result.
Erything was excellent and easy
More veggie options. Or something healthier.
Pros: The service and patience
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: Great service and comfortable ride excellent staff
Cons: Cannot expect better service
Pros: People were friendly. Flight was comfortable.
Cons: Staff incorrectly assessed documents needed for visas, and told us we were incomplete and needed to return home. Instead of looking up policy, we were denied boarding mid-flight, missed a wedding, and had to spend three days in London instead of our destination. Also, we got bug bites during the flight that turned out to be from bed bugs, which followed us home and caused much frustration for months.
Pros: The crew was friendly, the food delicious, and the plane itself in highest quality and state-of-the-art.
Pros: Always helpful cabin staff and very efficient
Cons: Cery old aircraft ecenomy cramped (usually fly premium but it was an emergency )
Pros: Being on time
Cons: Nothing you guys did great thank you so much.
Pros: Comfortable seating, pleasant food and entertainment.
Cons: Not being charged $1200 for a ticket that I already bought, but had been voided with no notice. And Virgin Atlantic staff not friendly or helpful in any way with this situation.
Pros: Crew are always top notch, free drinks are readily available and entertainment system is great.
Cons: The food portions and quality have definitely declined over the years sadly, as carriers cut costs no doubt.
Pros: Boarding and crew great!
Cons: Seats extremely narrow
Pros: This is the way to fly long haul.
Cons: Frustration is it is impossible to sleep during the breakfast service, but this is a problem for all airlines and Virgin is better than most.
Pros: Amazing
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: Amazing !
Cons: Nothing all good really
Pros: Crew were super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, comfortable seats, great selection of entertainment.
Cons: Cheaper baggage rates
Pros: I like that there are multiple bathrooms onboard.
Cons: The rows are so narrow between seats that your roll on suitcase will not fit. You have no elbow room in your seat. People who live in England are very rude and would not let those of us seated in front of them to deplane. Too bad there isn’t someway to make people wait their turn.
Cons: Food wasn’t great and not a lot of it. London to Orlando was good. Connection was good.
Pros: I travelled on economy delight, flight was fully packed, yet it felt spacious and comfortable. Lightning was great. Food was yummy! And pilots gave us updates on air travel, and if there were any delays etc.
Cons: Nothing. Had a great trip!
Pros: The crew was so kind and amazing. They definitely made our flight great!
Cons: The entertainment wasn’t working for most of the flight. We only got about an hour and a half of entertainment
Pros: Nothing really, seems everyone is underwhelming in this market
Cons: Quality of food and service
