Lots of space in the airplane, Crew is good. Plane delayed by an hour, I took the early morning in purpose to avoid these problems.
1.5 hours delay, NOT ACCEPTABLE
They charge me twice for my baggage on my flight back
Boarding was perfect, but Ensure a wide variety of food onboard, items we requested from the menu was not available. 😢 also ask passengers to remain seated while disembarking - it is so much more organised to disembark by rows etc rather than leaving passengers standing in the aisles
Vueling has gotten much better with their boarding process and punctuality. I used to dread flying with Vueling, but something changed. Both legs of the flights were excellent.

Cleanliness, they could adapt the noise level of the speakers to human ears, and same thing for temperature.
The flight departed a little delayed and we waited for a long time at a cue. The rest is OK, especially the comfort.

We were sent to Malaga instead of Granada due to weather. Although we were bussed to Granada, arriving 4 hours later, there was no further assistance or information from a representative. More communication would have been helpful and appreciated.
Cabin staff provide great service.
Because the scale includes two terminals, we almost lost our flights. That data was not referrenced to us. The check-in process was a pain too.

Got to the airport 2.5 hours before the flight but had to queue so long for the compulsory bag drop that we had to run for the gate. Really unpleasant experience.
Efficient boarding and check in Good comfortable plane Only issue was emails asking me to get Spanish QR Covid code. That was simple but whatever I uploaded to Vueling they told me they could not validate. As a result I had to do an airport check in They need clearer communication
Check in at Barcelona is chaotic. Poor directional sign for check in patrons to locate appropriate lines to form. We presumed from our booking that priory boarding meant priority check in ….. clearly not the case. As a result we were in the wrong line for 45 minutes before a curt checkin clerk sent us to another line with over 400 people waiting. We barely made our flight. No other airline does this and it is clearly unsatisfactory service. Check in is disorganized hundreds of passengers forced into last call lines to make their flights. Announcements were in Spanish only so an non Spanish speaking customer is clearly disadvantaged and likely to miss their flight. This will be the last time we fly veuling and will never book with you again. PS if a customer books priority boarding this should include check in after all one pays a premium for priority that should include check in as is the case with all major reputable carriers.
Vueling looks very professional. There is an extra layer of safety about COVID I feel there is always a big risk of a delayed flight with Vueling. (That what’s the case) Otherwise, pleasant flight
They changed the airplane day before and I paid for the extra space so when I was on the boarding they changed my seat to a worst one, then the food was horrible, they don't refill the catering at Amsterdam so the flight from BCN to AMS bought almost everything
By far one of the worst airlines I’ve ever had to deal with. Customer service is very poor. Stay clear of any airline you cannot get a hold of a real person to help with your problem.
Great staff, easy boarding
Overall experience was ok. Flight was overbooked and my travel partner was put on standby while I had a confirmed seat. Not sure how it happened. We were told the flight was booked separately but I booked on kayak.com. In the end we both got on the flight and was even able to exchange seats and sit together. Overall flight experience was good. It was a short 1.5 hour flight from Rome to Paris.
The whole checkin process was a diseaster! We were flying with Vueling! We had checked in on the app but still had to checkin at the desks with our 10kg hand luggage! The queue for this was 2.5 hours long, with no social distancing in the pandemic (Covid19). When we finally got to the top of the queue, our flight was closing also another queue was opened up! But if we left the queue we were in we would have ended up at the back of a different queue! This seemed pointless to be honest! What could have been done is a bag drop section of the checkin process (Like Ryanair has) it’s much more streamlined and quicker! After all this drama, we only had 15mins to make it through security snd passport control to make the flight on time! It was very stressful and very hot! I was so thirsty that I needed to buy a bottle of water at the boarding gate (to my surprise this small bottle of water was €5- a total rip off! After boarding (which was ok) we were looking forward to a nice cup of coffee on the flight as we usually do! It took the crew nearly 1.5 hours into the flight to get to our seats to serve us! The coffee was dreadful (a hotel type sachet of instant coffee costing €2.60) and a heart burn inducing Turkey, ham and cheese toastie (costing €5.50)! The horrified by the quality! Ryanair is definitely better on food quality, check-in and boarding experience and service, that’s saying something! The flight itself was grand (although lacking interaction from the pilot- which is always nice) it was a smooth flight! When it came to landing it was good but our baggage took nearly 45mins to come out onto the carousel in the terminal! And other delay! Overall I would be giving Vueling perhaps a 2 out of 5 overall! Not impressed!
We were very lucky and got a complementary upgrade somehow because the crew needed our seats.

Cons: Our original flight was cancelled at the last minute. And we were lucky enough to get on a flight that fit our schedule. But it was very fortunate. We might have had larger issues. Some of the other passengers appeared to have had difficulty with their flight arrangements.
