Cons:

When a call to confirm the reservation for a pickup truck at 10am by Enterprise is made and I arrive at location at that time, the vehicle needs to be there. Not, "We're sorry but it's not ready, can you wait another hour." It's okay though, Discount truck rental right next door was able to help me out.

Supplier choice sedan

The experience was awful, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The staff was wearing pyjamas and a hoody with the hood on. No “please” and “thank you”.
