Easy to switch the location of the dropoff to the airport.Cons:
Car was not fully loaded. Could drive just 80 mi and had to find gasstation. Would be better if it had been filled up because we had to drive quite a long ride in the evening and did not want to look for a gasstation6.4 Okay

Cons:
During the winter cars should have winter tires. If I told them I am going to Blue Mountain they should have warn me that the car can't go there. I stock in snow and spent 3 hours to get it out from snow.9.2 Wonderful

-Vehicle was easy to drive and good on the highway -Staff were helpful and friendlyCons:
-The seat in the vehicle was too high, or the ceiling was too low, because my head almost touched the ceiling and I’m not tall -Some of my personal information associated with my booking was mixed up with someone else’s information. For example, the phone number and email addesss for my booking at the Enterprise location wasn’t mine, despite the infornation being correct in my email confirmation. I am somewhat worried that another customer might have my phone number and email on their booking, as I think some of the infornation got mixed up.Hertz

Cons:
I did the booking though your site but it was booked with price line & the car was booked with Hertz. I tried to cancel it going back & fourth with price line & Hertz. they both kicked me around but no body will cancel it. I finally gave up made a new reservation . All i wanted to change the pick up & drop off location & time of pick up & drop off. i am really upset about it .Big companies like these would not change or cancel the reservation. Every body be aware !!!!3.6 Poor

I book a large car, what they offer me was a Kia Optima (red color), no more choice, at the end I took a Passat wich is intermediate car, has no option, old with over 36 K on it !!2.0 Poor

Cons:
I specifically searched for a car that I could rent at YYZ (ie: the airport!). I chose the Avis car, but when I showed up at the airport, they told me the reservation didn't exist (and then when they eventually found it, it was for a location in downtown Toronto). The airport location didn't have any cars, so I had to go to another car rental agency.9.2 Wonderful

Had paid for/ reserved SUV to seat 7 adults with 5 bags; cud fit in 5 with 5 bags only. Was a big inconvenience, they had only 1 SUV ready for pickup, so didn't have an option :(8.4 Very good

The men working at the Budget location that I picked the rental up at could have been better with customer service & a little friendlier.. The door bell rang to notify them that we had walked in and they continued speaking to eachother until I had to say “excuse me” to grab his attention.10.0 Wonderful

We actually cancelled the reservation and did not use Thrifty as we actually wanted to pick up the car at the airport or else get a Thrifty shuttle to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the office on Steeles Avenue.2.0 Poor

Cons:
We booked on Kayak five days before we needed the car. The day before we were to pick up the rental, they called to tell us they were cancelling it because they'd sold out of cars. It's ridiculous to cancel on such short notice and clearly their system sucks. I will never book another rental with Dollar/Thrifty again because they're simply unreliable. And their customer service was indifferent towards the situation and offered no solution.6.0 Okay
