the car was quite dirty, especially on the inside. the fuel indicator said the tank was full, but it wasn't entirely full so when I added gas I spent more than I should. when I brought the car back, although the return was scheduled for 3pm and I delivered it at 2:56pm, they still tried to charge me $81 for 1h late fee, since the pick-up time was 2:47pm. even so, it's just a 10 min extra. I had to go back to the store where they said there is actually a 30 minutes grace period for returns and the clerk removed it from the charges, but still they shouldn't even have tried to charge me that in the first place. clearly they try that with anyone and if you don't pay attention you'll end up paying for something you shouldn't.Reviewed 2023 Aug 29

It was not clear that my rental was not for anyone under 25. I could not go forward with the rental. Some kind of pop-up or more explicit warning would be helpful in the future.Reviewed 2023 Feb 25

Confusing set up, difficult to return vehicle. Missing info. Not impressed Why you gave us a BMW SUV instead of intermediate KIA vehicle causing us to pay higher fuel costs wasn't appreciated. Not pleasant experience.Reviewed 2022 Nov 28

I booked through a third party. My car was supposed to be in terminal. It was not. I would’ve had to take a bus or taxi to pick up. Budget does not have shuttle service to off terminal rentals. I ended up paying $100 extra. Service was good and I was upgraded to a better vehicle. Budget was good. Third party booking was not so good.Reviewed 2022 Oct 21

They charged me more saying that the rates are different from online and argued with me that they can not provide the car to me based on my online booking and they are not responsible for kayak booking.Reviewed 2022 Oct 20

How could I rent a service that I didn’t have access to? I mean I could have robbed a car since the employee wasn’t even paying attention of what I was doing (btw the tour I did with the Audi while your employee was telling me: « just pick a car and go to the office they will help you » was very fun). 1. Impossible to understand where is the entrance 2. It looks like an abandoned parking 3. They close without informing you and let you come with a booking to tell you « sorry we cannot give you a car ou manager left » 4. Their employees lie, they told me they couldn’t give me a car because the manager has the key to open the parking door, 10min later I see them opening it. 4. Rude staff, also they charge extra 12$ for parking which doesn't make sense since you are not using their parking, just picking up the car and dropping it off. They could be more imaginative if they want to add hidden fees.Reviewed 2022 Sep 12
