Their customer service staff are very rude when I called. All I wanted to do was extend the rental but unfortunately they didn't understand enough English to understand what I was asking them. And became extremely rude when I asked if there's someone else I can speak to. I will not be renting with Hertz again and will be taking to social media to voice my concerns.Reviewed 2025 Mar 16
