The airport location was convenient; The car ('18 Camry) one of the best I've driven -- I would buy it for myself. The mileage fantastic - 35.6 mpg. Return service was also excellent.Nothing. No complaint whatsoever.

the price I was quoted was ok but I returned car 27 hours early & still paid the same price also they added energy surcharge, concession fee recovery, vehicle license cost recovery & additional charges of $27.00 we added a second driver but there is nothing to say that was done. I have called twice to Hertz but so far no answer from them that makes any sence. why is it that your quote & their bill is not the same as I or anyone else would expect the vehicle was fine that they gave us bill is the problem!!!

Yakima HospitalityThank you to the staff at Yakima airport who had everything ready for us when we arrived to pick up our car!!Keep in mind that if chains are required for the Snoqualmie Pass, no chains are available for rentals. So, you’ll have to wait out the weather! Would be helpful - for snowy locations - that something indicate that. But we got through just fine. Chain requirement was dropped by the time we picked up our car.

Good experienceI was able to upgrade to an all wheel drive (bad weather) car at the check in desk. The customer service was very helpful.When I called the toll free number to see about upgrading to an all wheel drive car, the customer service rep on the phone didn't speak very good English. He told me I couldn't upgrade and I had no other options. My husband called back, and the female customer service rep ALSO didnt speak English very well. It was difficult trying to get our questions answered.

Never AgainNothing!I had to go there 3 times in a 3 hour period because no one was at the desk. They were very unhelpful and i ended up canceling my reservation and going with another company at the airport. There were 2 others there at the same time, everyone was very disgruntled. One person had to wait 4 hours because they didn't have a car and she had a reservation. I would never do business with this company and I will let everyone I know about my experience.

Odd that you don't except immediate paymentI have a VISA debit card and I do not have credit cards but to pay for things in real time. My HERTZ rep said that they only take credit cards but he tried my debit after much prompting and it went through. Many people have gone the "Dave Ramsey" way of life since 2008 and so should businesses...

Horrible ServiceThe service desk was closed for 2 hours for lunch even though my pick-up time was during that time. They double charged me and impossible to get in touch with anyone for my money back. The phone number makes you listen to 20 minutes of commercials before giving a new number to call. Worst service EVER!!

Worst experience renting a car ever!!My car was stolen and my insurance was paying for my rental and hertz cAllen and said if I didn't bring the vest bask right away they were reporting it stolen!!! Just like that, no warning that it was due, coming up due or even warning me that my insurance was running out on it. They called me almost 2 weeks agent my insurance company stopped paying!!
