Pros:Staff very friendly and the vehicle was exactly what I was promised.Cons:The vehicle had a strong smell of cigarettes.. Even though it specifies no smoking whoever had the vehicle before us smoke inside.Reviewed 2020 Sep 08

Cons:Didn't get the rental. In a completely incomprehensible move, the rental agent has made it their policy to not rent their vehicles unless the rental is either paid for via credit card, or you can use a debit card, but ONLY if you have a ticket stub for a flight. Which seems like a very odd case of favoritism in favor of non-local individuals. Even more odd is the fact that apparently at non-airport locations this rental agency will allow anyone to rent a vehicle with a debit card. This is all highly frustrating when you think you have your ride planned for a trip and it falls through at the last minute due to such an odd and arbitrary detail, and I won't be using this rental agency in the future.Reviewed 2020 Jan 07
