Pros:The rental didn’t even happen because even though we called their corporate customer service and had the pickup time changed the number they had for the local office at the Boise airport was disconnected and turns out their office closes at 5 pm and they don’t offer any sort of after hours pick up.Cons:Everything. Cons:Information on Debit card use. There was no indication that before a 24 hour reservation a debit card could not be used. Then the rules with a debit card are absurd.Reviewed 2020 Jan 28

They up-charge you and argue with you about itPros:The car was new, in great condition and very clean.Cons:The service was terrible. They charged me for three days after returning the car 28 hours after renting it. They then argued with me about it. I tried calling the direct local line several times but the phone number is disconnected, which they also argued with me about. Saving $20 is not worth putting up with them.Reviewed 2018 Sep 19
