Pros:Staff was very friendly. Car was in great condition and clean.Cons:I had a late night flight and the had to walk a ways into the poorly lit parking lot to get my rental car once it was rented. Maybe have the cars moved closer to the terminal especially for late night arrivals.Reviewed 2020 Nov 21

Previous smokerPros:Car was clean. Pickup and drop off was very easy.Cons:The car had either a previous smoker or whoever cleaned up the car was a heavy smoker. Smell was bad enough to irratate my daughter's throat. As we had to sign that we would not smoke in the car, I didn't appreciate that the smell already smelled like smoke. Otherwise, the car ran good. Pickup and drop off were easy. It handled the icy parking lots/roads good.Reviewed 2018 Jan 25

OkayPros:Car had enough room for our needs and was comfortable. Gas tank was full. Ran fine, but didn't start and stay running on first key turn. Strange for a vehicle with just over 4000 miles.Cons:Car was not very clean inside or out. Rear cargo mat was as if campers had just taken out gear and left the dried up mud behind. Windshield was very dirty inside and out.Reviewed 2017 May 22

reserved a compact car or similar...Pros:The price was good so we made reservations online for a compact car. I called to verify and Alamo provided good customer service.Cons:We did not get a compact car, we got an SUV and it just so happens it was a SUV that we particularly do not like.
