Even tho I had pay the insurance by kayak, at the airport alamo was telling me that is not their problem that i should do it with them. At when i accepted the wated to charge 1000 us for the insurence, my remaining pay up for the car was 220 CAD dollars but they try to charge those in US dollarsReviewed 2024 Apr 17

Pros:The staff was extremely friendly and thorough.Cons:I understand the road restrictions with the odd/even numbered plates. We were told that we would have an odd numbered plate, which worked well for us because of the driving we needed to do on a particular day. However, they gave us an even numbered plate, which really messed up our day.Reviewed 2019 Aug 15

Very friendly staff, difficult to find drop-offPros:Friendly and honest staffCons:I had serious difficulty finding the location to drop off the car. In fact, it was closed although Alamo claims to be opened 24 hours. I managed to leave the car at the designated place and have the clerk at the desk arrange for the checkup. I did make my flight, but it was a stressful experience. The staff was really friendly.Reviewed 2017 Jun 13
