No car available, called me last minute an hour before pick up, gave me the option to wait around another few hours but still no car available. Lost money in having to totally rearrange bookings and travel plans due to rental car being cancelled.Reviewed 2026 Jul 29

The first van I tried had a broken seat folding mechanism. The second one developed intermittent brake problem, had to call a tow truck and go for a replacement. Will certainly remember the Alamo as a rental company to avoid.Reviewed 2025 Jun 17

Everything was great except the cleanliness of the vehicle. Last renter left hard mucus (boogers) on two different spots on driver side. They didn’t bother with wiping down steering column. Gross!Reviewed 2024 Aug 29
