Pros: Pretty easy with quick pass through paperwork, short walk to car.
Cons: Only one person at National/Alamo desk, so short line formed after flight. Floor of car had fair amount of dirt on it, especially around the edges.
Pros: yes, staff was very, very friendly, and drop-off was very simple.
Cons: A roof over the cars during freezing rain would have been lovely. I did love to have found an ice scraper in the back seat.

Great vehicle for what we needed

Cons: I had to go online to get a rate of $275 vs the walk up rate of $450 for 9 days.....why can't you just offer the same rate. It was semi stressful

Pros: Arrived in Denver on way to Sioux Falls, united cancelled the flight and could rebook for 8:35 the next evening. That would have been 24 hours in Denver airport (after waiting in lines with hundreds of other people). Decided to drive there and complete the leg of trip must faster, I thought. Got to Denver Avis rental office, about 35 or so people were there, two to three rental agents were assisting other stranded people and a few reservations. Stood in line for over 2.5 hours while the agents processed in an epic glacial speed. When I finally get up to the counter, the manager (I assumed) appeared and was full of apologies. He did not know of the horrendous amount of wait time. Lobby was filthy. Car was filthy. A running light and a headlight were out on the car (less than 6000 miles). Never again. Denver airport's and its United hub need to get their sh!t together. No wonder my corporation offers trips that don't involve Denver in hire plans.

Good experience overall
Pros: The drop off was quick and easy. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The car was in good condition and very clean.
Cons: Pickup took over an hour for a line of only 5 people. The first car had a faint smell of smoke. The first car developed a flat tire the first day I had it but they allowed me to quickly trade it in for a different car.
Need better directions
Pros: Friendly staff. Nice to have an upgrade.
Cons: Upgrade was for a car without new technology.
