Pros:Pretty easy with quick pass through paperwork, short walk to car.Cons:Only one person at National/Alamo desk, so short line formed after flight. Floor of car had fair amount of dirt on it, especially around the edges.Reviewed 2019 May 30

Never againPros:Arrived in Denver on way to Sioux Falls, united cancelled the flight and could rebook for 8:35 the next evening. That would have been 24 hours in Denver airport (after waiting in lines with hundreds of other people). Decided to drive there and complete the leg of trip must faster, I thought. Got to Denver Avis rental office, about 35 or so people were there, two to three rental agents were assisting other stranded people and a few reservations. Stood in line for over 2.5 hours while the agents processed in an epic glacial speed. When I finally get up to the counter, the manager (I assumed) appeared and was full of apologies. He did not know of the horrendous amount of wait time. Lobby was filthy. Car was filthy. A running light and a headlight were out on the car (less than 6000 miles). Never again. Denver airport's and its United hub need to get their sh!t together. No wonder my corporation offers trips that don't involve Denver in hire plans.Cons:Didn't make it to Sioux Falls, United cancelled my flight. Rented from Denver. Never again.Reviewed 2017 Jul 24
