There wait to pickup the car on a Thursday afternoon in Maui was lengthy. There were only 3 agents working and a line of 20 plus guests. It took well over an hour and we had paid for and reserved the car weeks earlier. That’s very poor customer service. The price I paid was the only thing that saved it for me-it was more than 1/2 off thru Kayak then directly thru Budget, even with Costco or AAA discounts.Reviewed 2026 Apr 02

I had used Budget before without fast break enrollment. It seemed like they could never do a fast rental even with reservations. Fast break was great! We went past the counter and out to the lot just like we do with National and it performed well.
