Pros: Staff were helpful and the drop off was so simple and fast. Car was great quality
Cons: Queue at rental was about 10 minutes so speeding this up would be good

Good money for the value
Pros: The service was good and professional despite being very busy.
Cons: The first car I received had to be changed due to a malfunction. The computers in the office to validate booking did not work as expected.

Pros: Everything but the pickup was fine (car was clean and as advertised)
Cons: Pickup took over an hour -- huge line and very, very slow process. As a comparison, I rented from Europcar at this location (Marseille airport) several weeks later, and the pickup took <2 minutes.

Pros: Returning the car was easy.
Cons: When I got to the office to get the car, it looked a bit chaotic and I also had to wait long. There was also construction around the office but no signs pointing to the way to reach the office.
