Worst everPros:Nothing-I will never do business with budget. There was not one good thing. We didn't even get the car. I had to go to Enterprise. I made two reservations and when we arrived. The employees refused to give me the car we had confirmed. We stood there for over 2 hours. The employees said I would of had to pay $2200 to rent the car I already had confiremed months prior to my arrival. Then they mocked me and said they would give me a two door car and I had a baby, car seat, a stroller and five 50 lbs bags. My child was extremely hot and screaming the entire time because the heat was unbearable. When I asked to speak to a manager they said she was in a meeting for the next week. Then it got to a point when they just kept rolling their eyes And condescending. I will be writing a letter to corporate and to kayak.Cons:I will never do business with budget. Very smoothe by Jamaican standardsPros:Upgraded at no charge to a Suzuki Baleno. Great fuel economy, plenty of room and cargo space. Car was loke new and clean.Cons:Check in took a while, but by Jamaican standards went pretty smoothe. All the rental companies are in a tiny lot at MBJ airport. A little challenging maneuvering to the main road.Reviewed 2017 Feb 11
