When we landed they said there weren’t any cars left. The only positive we had was the budget staff person called Quality to get us a car through them. Also, the car kept dying and we had to get a jump 3 times throughout the week.Reviewed 2023 Feb 05

Upon our arrival to our location for our anniversary trip, budget informed us that they had no cars for us. They told us to catch a cab to our vacation home and they would call us when was available and come pick us up. That call never came for the entirety of our 6 night stay. We were in a location where a rental car was not an option and Budget put us in a really bad position. We have used Budget before with no issues like this, but after being stranded I don’t know if we will again.Reviewed 2023 Jan 06

The car needed window wiper fluid and new windshield wipers. We could not see well out of the front window after it rained, due to the water deposits obscuring the view.Reviewed 2022 Jul 09

I paid for an upgrade but I was offered one horrible car after another. Even the car I finally got was horrible and ver sorry inside. Other people receive better cars from what I could see. They had a full inventory of cars in their lots but they chose all the horrible beat up damaged cars to me and my family. We changed cars 4 times after more than an hour wait to see if they would make it better I gave up and chose the option I was given and left.Reviewed 2021 Oct 13

Pros:Staff was fine. Pickup and Dropoff we’re fine.Cons:Car was much smaller than expected although they promised it was same size as requested. Dirty, banged up, stripped down vehicle. My 31 year old son had never used a crank handle to lower the window before.Reviewed 2020 Feb 06

Cons:When I dropped off my car to the local budget office I was shocked to see that my bill was almost $40 higher then the quote I received online. I showed the agent a printout of the original quote. That didn’t help so as a result I will never do business with Budget again.Reviewed 2019 Feb 02
