This was the worst rental experience we have ever had. The vehicle we were given was not large enough for 6 adults, a child and numerous pieces of luggage. Child car seats were sub-standard. Quite frankly, it was a rip off. We will never use Payless again as a result, and will be sure to share our experience on social media to warn others.Reviewed 2023 Dec 09

The vans were perfect and affordable for our large party. They accommodated both our people and our luggage., and the drove. The rentals were a little worn but we were on island where everything is imported , so they don’t just have new shipments of cars hanging around. The rental was affordable , however the credit car hold cost more than the car. They did disclose this information so it wasn’t a surprise. The staff was patient, pleasant and weren’t pushy. The rental location was right down the street from the airport so it was ideal for returning. When returning, give yourself a little extra time for them to process your paperwork and get you back to the airport. Remember you’re on a relaxing island, no one is in a rush.Reviewed 2023 Dec 08

Pros:NothingCons:I could have been given the size vehicle I rented. Instead I was given a size smaller and the car would not fit all the passengers and luggage. Pros:The hatchback wouldn't stay up so packing the car was a pain. Also, the seatbelt release would stick and not latch on both front seats.Cons:The original booking was for a car rental on site with no shuttle but had to take a shuttle after waiting very long to get to counter.Reviewed 2020 Jan 26

Pros:Nothing.Cons:We had our reservation from the beginning of September. When we got to our destination in December, we were told that there were no cars left. This happened to several other families that also had reservations. They had overbooked and we were left stranded.Reviewed 2019 Dec 28
