Cons: I had a hard time finding way out of parking area.
I had a difficult time finding the dropoff area.
Pros: The staff did exchange our car for us when we brought it back after a day because it had a piece of the window missing.
Cons: Staff was incredibly slow at pick-up. Plus, when we switched out our car they didn't carry over our satellite navigation that we originally booked, but we didn't want to wait another hour to try and get them to switch it.

Cons: First i waited 90 min. for the car. Then the car was dirty. Poor motor power. It costed also much more that í had expected. When booked it said 1635 EUR for 11 days, but í was charged 2.370 EUR. They came up with all kind of excuses. My friend rented from Europe car and hr Got much better servi
Cons: Everything fine until we got the bill after we got home. Was reserved for $414 USD but we were charged over $1,000 USD. So far no explanation and no refund.

Cons: Rental desk was absolute chaos. No one had a car ready for them, and waiting 45 minutes for reserved cars led to a lot of frustration. When our car finally arrived it had not been washed and had 1/2 tank of gas, but no one said this to us. Customer service was poor.
Pros: Good price. Nice little (brand new) car. Friendly staff at pick-up (CDG airport) and drop-off (Gare de Lyon, Paris).
Cons: Long wait to pick up car at Roissy CDG airport (over 45 minute wait before talking to an agent). Clearly not enough personnel at the counter.
Pros: Even with reservation had to wait over 2.5 hrs to get a car. Manager made all kinds of promises that he failed to deliver on.

Pros: Literally nothing about the process or pickup, dropoff, or the car itself was good or what we had booked. Horrible experience all the way through.
Cons: 1) They could have had the actual car we reserved (clearly stated as a convertible), but that did not
2) When they learned they didn't have the car we reserved, the desk staff did absolutely NOTHING to help, saying it was up to us to call Budget help and deal with it. They were rude
Pros: The car itself was fine. I appreciated the labeling on the fuel tank so people can know what fuel to put in the car
Cons: I didn’t like that I was quoted one price online then given an inflated amount when I showed up in person. The woman who handled my rental knew I didn’t speak or write French but had me signing and reviewing documents in French.
Cons: Airport traffic heavy, but unavoidable
