We had a flat tire on the 6th day of our rental, they picked up the car and never gave us a replacement. We could not return to the airport the next day. Ended up spending a lot of money to make our way back to the airportReviewed 2026 Sept 08

First of all, our rental agreement said we needed to pick up the car in terminal one. So we travelled from terminal two to terminal one to pick up the car. And then we had to stand in the lineup for three hours! To pick up the car. To only be told that our car was at terminal two, so to prevent having to go all the way back to firm terminal two, we rented a more expensive car to get on our way. It was easy to find and the staff were friendly. The car I got was smaller than advertised (said 4 bags, more like 2 fit) so they tried to upsell me to an electric car of the same model which also didn’t work. They then switched me to another car which was decent but by that time it had been an hour of figuring things out. When I returned the vehicle at the time I left they still charged me for an extra day. Total rip off!Reviewed 2026 Apr 29

Didn’t realize it was an electric car - asked to pay to switch to a hybrid or gas’s due to planned long drive. Staff member refused & was rude. Didn’t try to understand & kept speaking in French even though I asked for English. Gave small electric car with NO charging cord & the charging port on the car didn’t match any of the charging ports available on the road or in the town we visited. We spent more time looking for & staying at a charging station than we did being able to do our planned tours of the area. Agent didn’t explain return process for an early morning return & I circled the airport twice before figuring it out.Reviewed 2025 Dec 01

Got a WAY smaller car than we were supposed too, it did not fit our luggage and kids. It smelt AWFUL in it. Charged me $400 after the fact with no explanation, no bill, no breakdown of why. The car was clean, and virtually sat on a driveway for 10 days minus the drive to and from the airport (5 hours each way). Horrendous pick up service.Reviewed 2024 Nov 15
