Everything could have been better…i will never rent fron there again….car smelled like cat pee, never got the vehicle that i had booked to rent and the price did not change from a truck to a small car…i feel completely ripped offReviewed 2023 Sep 12

Do not provide any courtesy drop and pick up even for places within 2 miles. Their fuel policy is horrible. I filled up the tank right next to rental car location and showed the fuel receipt to the lady, but she would not believe me. She made me go again to gas station and I had force fill another 0.5 liter. Lost 15 mins and aggregation in process. Terrible.Reviewed 2023 Jun 08

Pros:Great staff, was all very good!Cons:Nothing better then going home to good hospitality. And the comments on the side that I can see are exactly the same comments about the Hamilton, Ontario location. I am finding that to be not the truth.Reviewed 2021 Jan 09

Pros:Super friendly and they actually answered the local phone to assist us prior to our cruise ship arrival! At the counter they were fantastic, made sure we had all the info to make the most of our one-day rental in Sydney.Cons:They had pickup from the ship/harbor, but were closed at after noon on a Sunday so we had to take a cab back to the ship. Only $10 but shuttle both ways would be extra grand.Reviewed 2019 Sep 16

Easy Rental in SydneyPros:It was very convenient to get to the location as there was a shuttle that we saw just as we exited the ship at the port of Sydney. The car was clean and comfortable and we really liked the fact that they had pre-printed directions for some of the most popular sites in the area—and the car had Sat Nav as well.Reviewed 2018 Sep 03

Great ExperiencePros:When I picked up the car in Sydney at 12:00 PM, the agent was warm, welcoming, efficient, and knowledgeable. She asked what my plans were in Sydney and gave local suggestions as she processed my paperwork.
