Nothing online said they had vehicles available and even let me booked an suv for a week. At the time of “pick up” according to the desk guy they had no cars in inventory and said that he would call me that same afternoon and never received a call, txt, or email. Really bad experience and did really needed a vehicle for that whole week!

Budget was great. Kayak you suck! Never will i use your sight again! We booked a SUV on your site and received an compact car at pickup. When trying to call kayak to fix the problem, your staff hung the phone up on me 3 separate times.
