When I booked the car online, I called ahead to make sure the car I selected would be available. The person I spoke to assured me that there wouldn't be any issues with getting the car I wanted. However, 30-45 minutes before I was supposed to pick it up, I got a call saying they didn't have any premium cars available, only small economy cars.
